what would be the best way for a fire to get a lot of exp during a burst please help?

slowdown, poison spell, hotfire on pet, mess spell you dont get to fight and spd dont matter but it cant be faster than water lol and the other two fires gotta be strong...you will get as much exp as water/earth/wind

fire killer lvl 132 rb
Fire killer lvl 128 rb
Water wit lvl 136 rb
Earth wit lvl 114 rb

All the fires will get the same exp in this case?
