upload it on 1 image hosting site get the adress and use the code [img][/img]

Paste it in paint, save it, upload it on www.imageshack.com, copy the link and use the img tags as already was told you..

I believe that Alt + P is print....
Just COPY the PICTURE into PAINT, and SAVE it.
then UPLOAD it on IMAGESHACK or any other image hosting sites..
then take the URL and put it IN BETWEEN the ][ -->--> [img][/img]

To take a photo of your wl press alt+Prt Scr

Open Paint

Right click with your mouse, select paste (or use ctrl+V)

Press on SAVE

Go to www.imageshack.com

Upload your picture

Copy the full link they give you

paste that link here and put before, and behind it

Sorry, i cant make it even more easy, i dont get how you cant understand O.o
