On the site, it says it is a Pet Return Scroll, which means it cannot be traded. Although, I am not 100% on that because, from the screenshot, it does not say it's not transferrable. Usually Pet Lethe Scrolls are tradable while Pet Return Scrolls are not. Characters Server:Scorpio Main:DKWater (Water Lv.93 rb Seer)

Both nivle and DKs are correct, Pet Return Scrolls are not able to be traded among characters. I would urge you to take notice about what the item they are offering actually is listed, also be sure to sign up to the event prior to buying the points on the said day, else you would not receive the items. -Meta.
