How long does it take to reach lvl 199 from 180?

Since the only way you can level up is by eating up capsules. 20round capsule = 45% but if can't 20r, just 15r = 25%, Can change if you get capsule from eggs ,ALL QUEST CAPS = 499%. If you done all quest cap, your char is level 185, if you do 20r a week, will take you just x33 20round, if not 20r, x 60 15round. Instances also give EXP Capsule / EXP, so do everyday all instance. So you'll get atleast 1year + to accomplish it.
