download the patch from the main site, install it, try again, should work then. Its a vista related problem i heard, got it often too  Get your own Evelon Pet Today!

or u can just do what i do,just go to the igg site click on the 24/7 live service center and tell them ur problem they will give u a link to download the patch.thats all^^

Good luck with Live support.... sometimes they don't reply.... I have vista and I've never actually had your exact problem....just a different problem (vista security doesnt like WLO) yet another flaw with certain games on Vista....
