mine just lvl 34 wind,i hope can get goddes skill

You should be able to get the goddess skill, provided that you can get a group of strong players to help you out (60+, with a high MDEF water support to revive). I am on the Cancer server in the guild ShadowsOfHell, and our record low was a level 30 character (haven't tried any lower - but it should be possible). Just make sure to complete all the quests necessary (and DON'T forget to unequip your human pets before going into the waterfall by Holy Village!)

LOL, even level 10 members can get it with 3 grandmasters (level 100+). And level 60+ is still low level for that quest. She needs at least 3 Masters (lvl 80+) for that quest, with a healer of course. Otherwise she must train more until level 50, for a team elites (level 60+)

The dracula's part is hard i was 54 when i got my goddness bats killed me in 1st round with 1hit my grp members was 150+ so i got rez be4 last round and got my skill.
I doubt that any1 will do this quest with low lvls u should have at least 500hp to survive.

Alright as long as ur not below lvl15- you wont spawn when you die but Dracular & his bats you have to make sure you seal as many as possible!! And make sure you dont die by ur weakest or by having to many attack you at once

if there is a good team doing it for u u can get gs at lv 1 which is what i did with most of my alts even tho they cant actually burst till later on it got it out of the way... if u dont have gs u can still mini burst using the skills u got :) gl

Yes you can but its not easy & 1 hit you die & spawn. Not many people do it with lvl1's almost no1 does & u have to go the hard way cause ur not lvl10+ so u have to goto south island or ur leader or some1 takes u.

You can get the skill at any level, providing you have a strong & fast enough team and a good strategy if you're running the quest for like a level 1 or something. I got one of my alts their goddess skill at level like 12-13 & she didn't spawn at all.

The chances of spawning are well annoying, But, you can have an alternative, Kill but not overkill in a PK before the fight, enough to get the designated character 1 hp afterwards, Or Casting Water Shield on that character, which decreases 51% of the Matk skills's damage on her, Its all calculated and equalized with luck and skills :)

theres no lvl for GS i done GS for lvl 1 without any problems

my Water got his GS lvl 5... with help of Btube and one fire.(btube is water)XD.....IM cancer too IGN XDCutezZ
