Where could i find the east king certificate. i have a king certification. i dont know if it is the same as the east king certificate. im trying to do victoria's death quest im on the last part of tyhe quest but i cant find the real path at the last part of the quest.

King's Certificate = east king certificate; have it in your inventory and walk to the door to the East.

East King is in China when you do Sanbo's (Victoria's father) quest. Look for the Guard near the dock should be around where the frog is.

(The certificate you have is to get Magellan).

It used to be different but with all these updates. IGG changed around the names *sigh* but just mouse over and it should tell you if it says east in the description.
