I cant open WLO XD .. i dont know why .. and i cant update if it is needed to update

with reference to the time you post this, the reason probably is the Tuesday maintenance, all servers are down because of this.

lol yea, every tuesday around 1 or 2 AM EST there's a server maintenance so the people could get what they brought from the credit mall or any other rewards they ordered/attended. It also resets NT and 15r so people who did it that week could do it this week.

Also, if the maintenance wasn't the issue, you might need to manually update the patch from the wlo main website. I have to do that every time they update (unsurprisingly, they must never do anything during most maintenance days because I don't need to manually update every week lol).
