I think the rise in prices are directly related to 2 issues. the get paid site being one of them, making IM items available to people who turned around and sold them, however i believe this maybe less of problem as the second issue. also i think that they attempted to fix the economy when they had that event where they did all the seal and vehicle bag drops and with somethings yes the price has gone down.But im not sure it helped enough.There's also one other issue i feel is directly linked with the spike in prices; when i started in feb. grape syrup was 35g, i saw it for 190 yesterday the problem is that theres now alot of wealthy chars like some i know from royalty who buy and sell IM, make a killing then turn around and pay the crazy prices for syrup. As far as alchemy plays into it, i dont think that they control the market as much i think the price of books went up so that directly effects the rest of the market, i know demand has shot up because rare eq isnt being made as much any more becuase books cost so much now IE I want to make red monster, i need a book and wda, chances are the guy who made the wda is going to charge for the countless hrs he spent lvling his skill and the price of the book. so then if i go to spend x amount of money on a book, chances are the wda i need to make it is gonna be 2x that and so on, im not saying their helping, but i feel like they are a victim of the economy as well.
