I don't know if it's me, but my clives always tend to build str first then con, one of my low level clives on a low alt has 18 str and 10 con, my wind's clive has a little over 100 str and low con, did some massive scrolling on that besh and fed it some and he built the way I liked it..but with little con.
Yea, you could try that, but remember all elements have a "redemption skill" like how winds could use speed-up, fires slow-down, earths shield defense, and waters shrink. Debuffing enough could get the character high enough to get the actual skill, I would know because that's how I fixed my earth and my wind (my maller). Depending on the level of your team, you could formulate a plan of whatever sort, but no doubt it'd take long, I typically train my pets first and then start bursting unless I'm just bored and want to see how a skill looks like and burst a character to level 50 or so and leave it aside.
Clive adds alot of agi, personally if I had enough scrolls, I'd wipe clive's *** clean of agi, he's fast enough as it is with the wind bonus, no need to make him be faster than my team, but even so I typically use potential on my pets if I have the chance so the agi still remains...but a con that adds con is good, by the time he hits at least 600 hp, he'll be able to train at rome, my clive on wind is like lvl 60 and his hp is low so I trained him at south pole. Very reliable exp obtained from south pole, got elin to lvl 66 there and niss I could take it all the way to 72 or even higher there with a little patience. Friend got roca and earth grinding at s.p. says it in his sig too xD.
But ya, I quit the game :P so I lost interest in all those possibilities, though the idea still remains in my head, my mind will tell me not to act upon them.
So yea..good luck with that niss; she's going to drive you crazy.
