Hey I was wondering if there's a list saying what npc sells what,Im trying some low lvl compounds that need things from npc's.or is there 1 npc that just sells all your basic compounding needs.

Well, if you know the item you are looking for and are just wondering if it is in npc shops, search that item and the description usually tells you what shop if it's sold in one. Other than that I'm not sure of a list on the site but I'll see if there is one.

the primary location for buying compound eq is in cairo.i have seen most alchemists with their tent rooted to the spot at one time or another.its where i go for my alchemy eq,combined with the 8-12 store in hawaii{but only with a vip card}.otherwise,depending on your server prices,buy your 8-12 mats from independent sellers,usually cheaper then hawaii,at least on sagi server it is

black jade: rank:25 type: jade place: Iceberg 3F easy to collect with an alt with vacuum cleaner.
purple jade: rank:18 type: jade place: Iceberg 3F easy to collect with an alt with vacuum cleaner.

demon gloves: rank:18 type: leather place:Cairo
iron net boots: rank:17 type: iron place:Cairo
copper crest: rank:18 type: copper place:Cairo
