At rome is a place to take more exp? where is good to train in center or where? more people training like me usingh 2x pots and make more lv than me how?:o:o:o im confused

Training at sharks or training island or either using better pots then you or more exp items.
Of course there is a big difference in training alone and training in a team.

Lastly.. make sure where your training at, you can one hit.

i have full team but if i use freez and shrink at pangolins i take more exp? or normal atack(at water)

i think just let every1 normal atk(even water)

If you use shrink and/or freez your water will get more exp...but not very much but still better than everyone from your team.
To use shrink or freez you will need e-con,and be sure you use soul dodge too,to dont waste food

Shrink , Other debuff skills pots dont work :)

If you are debuff training (freeze/shrink) means you must be fastest on team and a full team with pets is best way to maximize your exp, BUT the rest of the team will get 10% to 15% less exp. And yes rome is good for debuff training
