Forum Signatures - How/where does everyone make their fancy signatures?

I thought it would be a good idea to start a list of references for other WLODB users to find good, reliable, and SAFE forum signature creators. So, if you have used a signature tool or site and feel it is safe please post it here. Also, if you create signatures from scratch, please let us know how you create them. Edit: I found a couple nice sites for fancy text.
