when two or more players use debuff skill on 1 monster and the slower one miss will that player still get exp?
also i note that if i use same debuff( slow down) then both of my char get the exp,
but it doesnt work when i use freeze and cord
any idea why?

are your Freezing Spell and Coord Spell maxed? If not, then use them in the last round of battle.

Maxed Freezing Spell has only effect of 2 rounds.
Not sure about Coord Spell, I think it has effect of 1 round, maybe 2 rounds too.

For the skill effect, must last till the mobs is being kill.
Using same skill on the same mobs wont work.
Even u miss, but the .... hmm the effect of skill depend on it can last how many rounds. So even u miss the skill or not, it will be still the same =)

even if it misses it doesn't actually miss and they still get exp. I tried a bursting and we both shield smash on a jellyfish, then someone cast shrink. Our mantises and I (with a -600 weight)comboed on the jellyfish and each one of us got 850 exp. Sounds great however catching them (my spawn is in Egypt is why mantises) takes more time then it's worth (since if they get too high level their exp given lessens).

but all my char( 1 water and 3 fire ) got GS at lv 7 and its really hard trying to figure out how to get good exp when they dont have all the debuff/buff skills yet

i wanna get to lvl 60 on my alts and main account i maxed my skills but i dont know how to burst O_o i only get 40 - 70 exp

o.o tht is pretty low x.x

My friends fire average Xp count is 10k/battle... And fires get lowest burst XP..
