i dont get it whats the point of a job? is it a look? can u choose?

which job you mean? elements you choose at beginning? the build types?(warrior mage etc.) or the class types you select after reborn?(prophet, seer etc.)

I think he's talking about Reborn Jobs.
Each job adds different Stats, idk what different jobs add.
But each one is different in its own way.
You can only reborn/rebirth when you are lvl 100+
DO NOT do it at lvl 100, you lose 99 levels, and it is harder to gain exp.
wait until lvl 180+ to do it.

Jobs are ... wow very nice.

You get a lvl... for one. But you get a major bump in stats (dependant on chosen job) and a sweet cape that matches your eye color. :)

Check the WL forums, you'll learn all you need there.

Bonus: Also, from the official website, certain items get a bonus when you wear them. For instance, one of the Wind jobs gets something like double the Speed Boost from any item that increases speed. If that isn't B4D@$$, I'm not sure what is.

it depends on your stats.... if you added more str then int you will choose between killer, knight and warrior or sth... if more int then you can choose between priest, seer, and prophet or sth :/...if int = str then you can choose between all 6 as i know
