Yes, it's more challenging to RB at 199 than 180 because between the levels of 180-199 you can no longer burst. The only way to level up is through capsules and debuff training.

The only difference, doesn't matter what level you RB, will be the cape's stats.

(By the way, if you do decide to go the distance and level your haracter passed 180, just RB him at 198. Level 198 cape gets the same boost as level 199 cape. It will save you a whole level of caps and training)

After you have reached the required level to RB, there is a quest you must complete in order to be rebirthed. It's kinda difficult, especially if you don't know what you're doing. There are more than likely people in your server who sell the quest though.

Finish that flower and level up too. I think you would hit 2k faster if you finished your ride first though.

Base stats? lol I wish I could get a flower with base stats like that.

Just download a stat calculator and look what stats you will be at whatever level.
You don't specify what you want to be using it for, quest, PK, attack, speed, just cast js, what type of gear you plan to use on it etc, so we can suggest to you a million different ways you can build it but the only person who knows exactly what they want is you.

That wind looks good. I have a similar seer wind myself.

And I use a seer set on mine. You could do a whole "speed set" but in my experiences since you are wind, you will be able to outspeed most other people more easily anyway. I like the extra matk boost I get from a seer set, easier to help take out those low HP fires you can't use FB on.

And the 50% more exp you get when you use a mud statue is base exp only.
So lets say you are getting 100exp where you train. The mud statue will let your character get 150exp.

Like you said your wind is already fast enough. 800-1k speed water is great. It can outspeed most instance mobs (except the bosses in sealed demons) and will outspeed almost all in Cursed Palace event (Except some of the spawns in the last round and maybe the bosses in the 12th round.)

Yeah you can use mirrors as many times as you like. As long as the class you choose is right for your stats.

i.e. mostly str you would only be able to change into killer/warrior/knight as many times as you want providing you have more than 1 mirror.

1 mirror=1 use
You will need to buy another mirror if you want to change back to killer.

I couldn't find any armors with those stats in the database or in doala. The closest I found was +35matk +6def..

Yes, it only gives 50% to base exp. So on 2x you will get more exp.

Yes, they stack with pots.

Yeah the description on it is weird, but you only get 50% extra of base exp. Not any extra bonus with pots.

Like if you get 100 exp without the use of pots you will get 50 exp extra only and nothing else added.
