I'm pretty sure you can, just dismiss her and pick her up where you got her from. You can gather a few forks if you disequip her fork, dismiss Eva and pick her up again if you don't want to go back everytime her fork breaks. Gemini, home of the Gemini.

When you change your cow whenever it reaches level 13, you get more exp. The exp will decrease once the cow starts leveling more and more. Have you ever noticed the decrease in exp as your cows starts leveling? Gemini, home of the Gemini.
