a non-element skills is rare bro until now i only found it on Roca and you get always the same perk points when you Reborn a pet so it doesn't matter if you RB it at lvl 180 or lvl 100.

and btw i was on the Same server with Meta and he really used many scrolls to scroll that Sam vut that didn't help at all cos how i said 70% of the times at lvl 180 he will broke 1.5k atk
