Diesel Oil. It is the most straight forward, therefore I use the Jalor and the Airship. Again great guide.

Is there design for the Yacht? Or strictly events?

actually the most versatile air vehicle was airship and sea going vehicle was steam ship. airship also can be use to get space craft design and other quest that require flying vehicle if you have it after trashed a mighty plane. it took 5-6 diesel to fill the bar and it took long time to dry up the blue bar

Quest name: Luna's Gift
Place: Egypt and Mayan Forest
Requirements: need a flying vehicle
Rewards: Space Craft design
Manufacture: Large Assembly Tool

Process:
1 - Fly to the top of the right Pyramid in Egypt and find the room with Scorpion Dictator.
2 - Solve the puzzle and beat Scorpion Dictator [Fire, LV:145, HP:16850], Explosive Scorpion [Fire, lv 120, HP 6000], Icy Scorpion [Water, LV:115, HP:5900], Rock Scorpion [Earth, LV:110, HP:5870] and Destroy Scorpion [Wind, LV:125, HP:6500] to get a Luna's key.
3 - Move to Mayan Forest and fly to the secret door in the top-right corner of the forest.
4 - Enter the secret door and go to the last room with a closed door which can only be opened with the Luna's Key.
5. Enter the Forbidden Chamber and find the Space Craft
6. Beat 6 guards [2*Fire, Water, 2*Earth, Wind, LV:85, HP:8500] and obtain the Space Craft Design.

It is important to note that you have to start the quest by being the leader the group to come from Cairo. This way you get the cut seen that shows the Scorpian King. Otherwise when you go to click the torch to open the enterance it will not open. I hope this helps someone so they don't think they missed some other prequest.
