The last time i came here,i made a suggestion to remove the top animation strip.I'd say truthfully its mainly because of the indecent female char picture which has been included in one of its random appearances.Initially i had a few supporters.Then i get crappy arguments against my appeal including one from the site admin.i cant begin to express how disgraceful this is.All im asking for is a clean environment,and those who want not that have the galls to argue against such grounds and believe they have a right to leave a picture which,even if it doesnt disturb them,has served no value to the database at all.What we need is obviously more info,which arent quite adequate on many aspects.Where moral grounds are concerned there is no need to argue,hence u,even the admin,can throw a whole chunk of good-nothings,but it still doesnt change the basic fundamental fact that inappropriate content be removed.I wont even bother arguing against opposers to my appeal,because it's plain stupid,and that includes the admin.To those who dare tell me i can stop visiting the site if i dont like it,i tell them to bring their inappropriate thoughts and content elsewhere instead.If there were a site which provides more comprehensive info on wlo than here,i wouldnt take a second look back.You know clearly no one has a choice,since no hardworking player(s) has yet created a site to parallel that of maplestory's hiddenstreet,and yet u still tell me i can dont visit this site?Utterly shameful retorts which dont worth a tick.As for the char ingame,at least i can avoid that part of the game.Over here,everytime i check an info i run the risk of it appearing.And its frequency isnt made lower than the others either.I cant make u admins remove it,but im gonna express what i think of u anyway.revolting

Are you talking about the header/Banner on the front page and almost every page? I am sorry but that is a part of armor. Not a part of nudity.
Even bathing suits on beaches in real life and on games can be taking as nudity, But in fact, those parts of outfits are actually covering the spots needed. What is such a big deal about this

How are these three pictures even 'Inappropriate'?
Yes you can view many battle mages in Manga/Comics/Games, There are alot of armors that have a V-neck, Or show their upper chest. We can't fix that. It is all armor. It's not like we're gonna upload a picture of someone in a actual lacey bra and put it as a header, Now THAT is inappropriate

I still don't understand the point in all the BIG thing he wrote, made no sense to me, so I'm sorry if the sense was made to others and i'm just a dumbass, but yeah. ._.

it's definitely a tl;dr post, basically saying:

- we should just eliminate the image because he says so, and concentrate on how the site needs more info. of course, he doesnt specify at all what other info is needed

- you cant argue with him because morals go above and beyond everything else. you know, because morals give people jobs, feed the poor, etc.

- anyone daring to tell him to get out of the site, should go to other sites and see if they can use this "inappropriate content" there. sure, as if using that image as a sig on any forum would get anyone banned.

- in-game, he can avoid getting that character, so we can't use that argument. maybe he should avoid most, if not all, female human pets then, because most have cut-scenes where they show skin or wear skin-tight clothes.

- some other repetitive babble about the admins, maple story and how seeing a girl's ankle gets him all hot and bothered.

That's exactly what my mother said.

Well, if he doesn't like that banner, he shouldn't use this website at all, use the crappier homepage of wl.igg. Oh wait, that site has something just like that :), shouldn't even go on the internet then cause this kind of thing is everywhere on it. (Just saying)

Hmmm. I guess I weigh in on this.

As an older adult(25+). I find you can goto any beach during the summer time and see more provocative stuff than Joan wearing upper battle armor.

Any picture used by this website, as far as I was told, has been used with permission. The picture in question is a hybrid picture of a Wonderland Online picture with Just the Database added to it. So as an official picture sanctioned by the game and used with permission. It will not be removed.

Now I am not going to throw away your concerns lightly. I think it is inappropiate to bash someone for concerns they have about this or any website. If you had an issue how would you feel is everyone ganged up on you. I will instead attempt to solve this persons issueon this or anyone who has this issue in the future. So we can all move on and he will be happy and continue to use this website. Which is the end goal.

How to block a picture with your web browser

This is a link to wikipedia article about blocking images on Wikipedia or with your web browser in general. Please Chaos, read this article and use the instructions given to block which ever image you feel is offending you.

Block Signature Graphics by Lateralus.

This guide is geared more towards Firefox and Opera if you use those browsers. While this is more for Signature graphics, you could use it for blocking other unwanted graphics too.

Once this is done you will never see the said image again on this website and you can continue toi enjoy your experience here :)

Now please guys/girls try not gang up on no one. If someone has a concern about something instead of bashing them for it. Try to give them a solution for thier issue. While this will be alot more time consuming than bashing. You will end up on more friendlier terms with the people who use this site and also the people who play this game with you.

In 1 final note on this matter. If you read the EULA that Wonderland Onlince client displays everytime you load it. It clearly states that you must be 18yrs or older to play the game due to the content. It is classified Softcore. No nudity but very provocative scenes. So by agreeing to those terms you are in a sence agreeing to see those images in the game. The offending banner you sight is based off the graphics on a game which you agree to see these type of images of.

While I know alot of under 18yr old people play this game. It is almost safe to say that thier parents give consent. Whether it be verbal or non-verbal(IE: Telling them to remove the game or plain saying nothing) for them to play this game. While your issue is with this website. Instead you should champion with IGG about it and have them remove the content or require underage players to provide proof of elgibilty to play. Since this would require alot of effort on IGGs part and alot of upset people. I think you would at the very least get a more polite responce back from them as they do nothing rather than ranting here about it.

So in closing, Next time you have an issue. Rather than trying to start a firestorm about it and gather supporters. Try asking explaining to the local users here how you feel and how you can remove it from your own system so you will not see it. We have alot of bright and smart people here. You will get alot more helpful advice this way.

to be honest,this banner is far less offensive than most of the daily convo on world chat in game,and i am assuming we all still play on a regular basis,hypocrits suk!just my opinion tho,i got no proof that they suk :P

that is soo true... it's revloting! I remember when i was first new to this game a couple were having "it" on world and im like seriously?!?! freakin disgusting x.x even some of my friends can say the dirtiest things whether in guild, local etc and try to join me in ._. but juz tell them a very short yet powerful talk-back like me then they shutup XD + others agree with me too :P i love it hehe..
