Any1 would like to tell where to train fire skill at lvl 82 plss post here

Rome Snakes lvl 100 with equipment on, or Rome Pangolin lvl 120 to 125 with cheap throwaway equipment. Search Monster tab for more optinions.

some people mention the trees at hang garden cause they don't combo. (not true if you're not faster than them since i have to use weights to bring my chara to same speed so they combo with pets). but i do find them easy to kill and they have low-ish hp they are about 110-113 or somthing like that can't recall for sure sorry. but they are lower than pangos so if you think you're not surviving there you can try trees. if you auto walk there is also a random high lvl eagle that pops up once in a while thats likely to spawn you. (may need to walk others will likely be in the area and walks over the trees that do spawn cause its a rather small section hidden in the corner.)

leo in athens are about higher 121-130

All these can be surviveable if you have a water with you set on auto heal/rev if you have access to points to get an emote. (:\ guessing you may not but thats an easy trick to training even if you can't afford emote for yourself can try getting for a water slave only to follow you around and heal you).
Can get points by surveys or somthing (if you don't plan to use them just spam their int for heal/recover rate and con for more hp to survive longer and with about 48-60wis so they get rev or all skills what ever you prefer. also some agi to be able to go faster than you cause gear will likely break depending on where you go (if you want) don't forget to get them soul dodge and put that as top priority so they will always dodge when not healing you and be able to recover sp themselves constantly. if you do decide to make them faster have them freeze as top priority and dodge second and when sp falls below a certian # this way they will also mini busrt getting exp to lvl faster than you (but useful if they are able to survive areas with good gear even if you can't giving more boost speed or int or w/e gear you put them in.)

113-115 are the turtle in turtle isle and they are pretty nice spot for train no much damage and they drop fish wich u can cook and use while u train
and trees are 101-110 lvl
but i dont think norb player can train tehre by himself he at least need some team
i suggest to train on spot wich is close to ur own lvl it will still lvl the skill and will be safe for you tehre are gynseng monster at korea if u wanna try

or u can go pandas at china or the cows at calcuta around tehy are around 86+ dont know what lvl exactly

I think all those mentioned are too far and/or too high lvl

try China tigers or pandas

they are near town, you can sit train and they dont appear randomly while walking, so you can dodge them if you feel like you are in danger

it may take a bit longer due to them being near your level

or try scorpions @ egypt ^^
