Keep checking the Home Page, they usually post it a day to 2 days before hand now. So that means on Thursday or Friday, usually.

Usually on the weekend :) Almost every weekends have x2 exp event

This is true and if you missed it, don't worry cause in a week its probably will happen again. Just wait, there are plenty of 2x exp day event so you can always level up.

i missed the time when gm held 1 week 2 exp |T

when you start the game and you get the window with the "Next" button you have to press, look at the web page it shows you. If there is going to be a 2x event, you will see it listed in the list of announcements there. Usually 2 days advanced notice.

You can wait and burst on 2x exp day only if you want cause there are plenty of them. However, if you using e remote than I suggest you don't wait till just the weekend to burst, waste of IM points if you do that.
