For Example you can get the Dragon wing Spear which has the highest atk in the game without using a spar or diamond to up its power as well as The Moon wand which has the highest Matk. You can find all the Items here on the database and you can tell if there a Cursed palace Item if it has a (CP) after the name. Also There is a chance for you get IM Items Like a Strong Scroll. I keep getting the stupid rings and bow each time. 15rs takes me 35-40minutes and rewards are great but CP takes me 3+ hours and usually get an unwanted reward... Oh and the 4 pot and amity food... I heard the bow has some crit? Of course I havn't done CP ever because I'm to lazy and fear my characters will spawn but I think I saw a topic on here somewhere about the bow having crit. I wouldn't mind having that bow to help with 15rc instead of using a regular bow.
