Its better if its 2 fires and a water... as winds gain more exp when theres a water in party (and water gains more too!) Technically it depends... if you want the wind to get optimum exp it needs every support skill (and not gs Yay!) water needs up to sleep (47 wis and 2 int) the fires if your going with no gs... get up to fiery attack (18 wis?) for a small damage bonus until you can get gs.
For the sake of this i will use 4 turn burst.
Wind:
First Turn : Speed up Pet
Second Turn : Shield Smash Enemy
Third Turn : Coma Spell Enemy
Fourth Turn : Cord Spell Enemy
Fires:
First Turn : Fiery Attack Pet
Second Turn : Slowdown Enemy
Third Turn : Fiery Attack You
Fourth Turn : Most damaging attack that hits ONLY 1 target.
Water, I'm not sure how to train it without GS sorry,
First Turn : Shrink(GS) Enemy
Second Turn : Water Shield Pet
Third Turn : Freeze Enemy
Fourth Turn : Sleep enemy
Water and wind MUST BE FASTER THEN FIRES,
Fires must have same speed/really close
And i have never bursted, yet... Its difficult but a little more fun.
