i would say atleast 2.5k hp and there are a few ppl selling in scorpio the cheapest you can get for is 8m

min lvl to get fb would be 180 or 81 rb
if hp need more than 2.5k

Could always use a fixed Stick or Bolt too so HP is not an issue

why you need 2.5k hp :S ? I can't get it for my fire with 2k hp than?

no lv requirement actually..
they say lv 180, cause after lv 180 u are suppose to be at half way making ur char's build, so u are quiet strong... but depends of ur build..
also,

winds have no con, or at least have low con, u think they wont do fb cause dont have 2.5k hp??

sure, with 3k+ hp quest gets a bit easier, but still, team leader wil def, so hp isnt a matter.
