I need to vent...
First of all, im sick of the obnoxious ppl on world chat and would close it if i didnt need to be on it! Ive taken screenshots of TONS of crazy things ppl have said...if i was able to blacklist an umlimited amount of ppl, all this could be solved...its not like WL has done anything about it cuz those ppl just keep coming back!

Next, finding help on this game is worse than pulling teeth! I took a break from the game for a cpl months due to real life issues and when i came back, my guild was DELETED!! I had one particular friend that wanted to reinstate it, so we did. It used to be an active guild, but ppl moved on during my break. Now i have a bunch of ppl just taking up space minus a select few. I went so far as to take one of my alts out of the guild so she can join another and advertised on World Chat "N> Active and Helpful guild" to which i got ZERO responses.

Finally, its sooo frustrating how long it takes to lvl, so ive pretty much given up. Again, finding help is next to impossible and its boring fighting on ur own!

Im almost at the frustration point of wanting to take another extended break just because!! Any words of advice or support?

Take the extended break. Your frustrations will keep piling up if you continue to play. Come back after a while to see if anything's changed. If not, continue your hiatus.

you should read what those punks say in world chat at leo! talking nasty and cursing dont wlo have mod's to control chat and ban whoever breaks rules? also alot of spamming and selling accounts. i wouldnt waste my time buying an account i rather train one from lvl 1 lol

I KNOW what its like. But don't let them get to you. Have a break for a while. I went to live support about ppl and their rude comments but they cant do much as they just go and create another alt. But cheer up and ignore them. Most of them are just overly hormonal tennagers anyways xD

Yeah, ive tried toreport also with live chat and they are useless! I said they need to have mods at all times watching chat and even asked if they were recruiting new mods since im on alot...no use on either!

And as for taking a break...ive dont that b4 but things still havent changed from b4 the break, but im sick of having to grin and bear it, ya know?

Perhaps it is time to move onto a different environment? Maybe try different servers.

aw that really sucks ^^ but try going to libra a lot of nice people are there...i've got lots of friends there whom i really treasure...ik you have to make new chars but it is better than to stay in a very erm freakin environment...=3 libra economy is also better than other servers as to what i think ^o.o^ you can have cookie time wif us too ;D

i know no one has posted here for a long time but I need to vent too and don't want to start a new topic. lol
I wish IGG would do something about people who steal things. We were making this burst team and this girl wanted to join us but she didn't have 0 spd. So we had an extra IM weight and let her borrow it but told her to give it back when we were done. Then the girl walked off with it and when we would go ask her to give it back she would be like 'yeah just a minute' go in her tent then ignore us and we couldn't go in her tent then she would block us so we couldn't whisper her and take care of this like adults. Then we found her on sb and asked her to give it back on world and were being nice then her friends were like 'give me the weight. i'll hide it' and tried to pk me so I would go away. (I sort of wondered how pk-ing me was really going to solve the problem but I was a lvl 90 water with 2 lvl 90 fires with me and these guys were only lvl 30 so I didn't really care) But she kept saying 'i don't have the weight' but her friends kept telling her to trade the weight and I got so fed up I did sort of cussed some people out on world, which I feel bad about really. But IGG wouldn't do anything about it. I mean yeah their system shows that the item is now hers because it was a trade. But the whole point of the game is to have fun, meet new people and help each other so we all can have a wonderful experience playing wl. But now my friends and I get punished because we were helping someone while this girl gets to walk off with an IM weight for free. I think they should punish people like that because honestly it's unfair. It doesn't teach people to play fair at all. Why should they if they can get off without any sort of punishment while those of us that help to give players a great gaming experience get screwed? My friend is only about 12 and was always trying to help people but now he just logs on, trains and does quests on his own because he doesn't trust anyone on wl anymore because of that girl which is really sad. Anyway I'm done with my long vent lol sorry to go on so long but I really needed to. But I honestly believe that something should be done that the gms should listen to both sides of the story and look at the system to see the trade and should decide if the trade was fair and that both people honored what they agreed on before the trade. If they didn't then they should void the trade and give the person back their stuff instead of saying 'well that was your fault for trading with someone you didn't know.'

Yeah, tell me about it. Sometimes I just can't stand it. So I turn off World. But then All Chat comes and trucksme spams. So then you gotta go on a wild goose chase to find the server their on and block them.

Only way to deal with the stupid people in this game is to blacklist them, turn off world chat and ignore their existence. Seriously, don't let their idiotic behavior affect your gameplay. If you do the only person getting the negative end of the stick is you. They don't care what happens to themselves. And they don't care if they annoy anyone. On Aries a lot of ridiculous people spam ALL chat with their nonsense but I got so used to it I don't care at all anymore. Let them make baboons of themselves I say, all they want is attention.

As for leveling: Yeah it's a pain. But that's just how the game is. You either accept it and continue this never-ending struggle to level or you leave. You can always try bursting but that will open up a whole lot more issues as well xD (Some people are so into bursting that if they cannot find a team they whine about quitting, and how no one cares, and bla bla bla. They become very obsessed with bursting).

As for the Guild issue: Guilds are set to disband once they hit under 15 members that are level 10+ Only way to keep a guild around is to stuff it with a lot of people level 10+ I used to have a guild on Capricorn but I left. Decided to check up on the guild and it had been disbanded. I was sad, I loved the guild xD

As for IGG, don't reply on them. That's the one thing I learned from playing here for so long. The only thing they will quickly solve are small technical problems. Larger things they tend to avoid.

@Sarin: That's horrible. People like that are just simply disgusting. That's why I am so reluctant to lend stuff out to people. In this game you need to be careful with who you trust. I hope karma treats her good one day xD

all that u guys saying its true im in aries i only dont quit aries and change server cus one or two friends and i dont want to spent more money in game im already RB so thats why.
in aries ppl in chat world always spamming and trying to scam ppl, they talk about all, drugs, sex they want to kick others ass and that it really sucks
if i have possiblity to start over in other server ill try like gemini, cancer, or aquarius but idk i just ignore chat world and put him off.
i just help ppl and they dont say "thank you" they just leave and do nothing.
I dont want to spent more money in game like i said so i just sell quests sometimes, the easiers i do for free and many times i let ppl pay at the end and they gone off after i finish it i help them i let them pay at end and they leave and when their back they dont say nothing like sarin said too thats really sad, but for now i wont quit i like SOME ppl there, i think they are ppl we can trust my closest friends like NJ, shio and one or two more they really nice and Dream of Stars is a guild with many ppl that dont talk only some.

I had simulair experience last year around June. I let one of my friends borrow an IM weight. After about 3 weeks I asked if they were done with it and they said they were "hacked" and they took the weight but left everything else. The most important thing I learned from that was to never lend out anything unless u dont expect to get it back.

i really like capricorn. i left taurus to go there and i havent had much experience with other servers cuz i dont want to leave capri cuz i like it. yeah sometimes ppl scam but others say stop and 9.9/10 they do. ppl here are really helpful and kind. i've let some of the players borrow some stuff and i've always gotten it back.
is it just me or do u get annoyed when random ppl u've never seen before just join ur team. sometimes i dont want to be mean so i just accept but when i ask if they need help or would like to go somewhere they say 'idk' -_-' and when i dont they asked me why i didnt accept so i do. then i ask the same question and they still say idk. it annoys me oh so much.
okay im good for now. just wanted to say that :P

lol u guys havent figured it out yet. IGG wont do anything unless:

1. they r losing income
2. as long as they earn money they wont interfere much in game
( even botting, scamming and so on alot r not being banned, only way u could be banned is to somehow scam igg from IM pts or whatever it is, i know ppl who got banned cause of some IGG pts complications.)

3. the only time u will see the GM's in wlo active r when there r events, or sometimes random moments like this 1 time, when me and my frnds r talkin in local and made fun of cupid, cupid replied to our shock o.o also active when giving out prizes, other than that no.

Good suggestion will be to have wlo Gm's have people who play the game too be a GM, that way those persons know what's going on, who's hacking who, who's botting, who's a sex maniac, and who's being a total jerk about ppl. of course decisions must be approved by the real Gm's. kinda like how we do things here in WLODB.com, but i doubt tht will happen :) lol its free to dream right? lol

Too bad we don't have a feature in our trade options for those who borrow weapons and other things.For example e-remote bought from the item mall has a time frame on it.If we had those kind of options for borrowed items we could put a time limit on them so that borrowed items would expire after a time and be automatically returned.
Just a thought.What do you think?

It's just plain horrible how people act on wlo these days. There are just some people you can't be kind to even if your a kind person like for me. I was trying to do DS when my char was like 150 I think. Anyway this person said they'd help me with the quest so did the first quest and they said pay 2m after the first quest in which I stupidly did trying to nice since they said they'd help me. They were all rb. So after I gave them the 2m I said I'd pay them the other 2m after DS quest was complete. But they didn't wanna do it without the other 2m in which I said just give me back the 2m and I'll pay them 400k for the first part out of kindness. Instead they just logged out taking my money on there that I worked hard to earn. Afterwards they scammed alot of other players the same way. Honestly I do believe their should be a place where you can list all the scammers of wlo so good people don't get scammed. I remember reporting that I was scammed by them but they said they couldn't really do anything about it which is kinda sad on their behalf. GM's should keep watch over things instead of telling people on world not to trust anyone because honestly it's a game and you want to make friends and somewhat be able to trust them right? I just think that a GM should be in every server checking out every chat even the whispered and mailed ones as well to stop scammers from scamming other people out of their money and items.

I know how you all feel I'm not saying im one of the kinder people out there cause yeah i do have a temper but... I swear i wish i could kill most of those darn scammers and hackers >.< ( i used to track people through IP adresses and stuff for a job but i quit that and made myself forget the hacking procedures so you are all safe =D)Im in Aries as well Trucks which i know him somewhat hes a heavy Marijuana user so i can see why he spams all and doesnt care what happens to him but other people come on they can just stop answering him and let him vent x.x oh well im done on that sorry.

Also economy ugh Aries is the worst cause of 4 main things. 1: Resellers who want gold quick, 2: Newbies who dont know the price of something and think that item is so rare to them that they put up an insane price to it, 3: The scammers and hackers who end up being alts to resellers to make things harder to get, and 4: people who end up being naive enough to think that the people who overprice their stuff intentionally just so no one will buy it is the actual price for the item( yes i am one of those people i have 11 mandarin oranges in my food shelve and its priced at 999g yeah i know overpriced but im collecting em through training)I've looked all around and trust me i have and all my eq and Items are the cheapest and people whisper me saying im overpricing stuff when IM the fn lowest! then they go on world and say im a scammer its so infuriating! Im an honest sales person( from retail jobs and my own experiece because im freelance artist whos actually sold stuff) when people ask for an item i lower their price by a generous amount.

when they say nice guys finish last i guess its right to an extent but even so ill never quit aries because of 3 reasons.

1: My Gf: I love her to death and it happens to be she is my rl Gf and im planning on getting married with her and this is something we both like and no matter how hard its getting ill try to support her on wl as much as i can.

2: My friends: I have many friends on wl some of them are here for example daxter who posted Piggy gvansta and more I wont quit cause were all nice people and i care for my friends.

and 3:for all the honest people: yeah there are honest people out there if you look and ill stay on for those few honest people out there who need help. Ever since i RB'd and ot all my skill im actually decent help for some hard quest's like JS and DS and i wont back down XD even as Seth' from Overlords in Aries i helped him ot with 2 JS's a friend of his in guild and for my own GF XD

Not long ago i let a guildie *barrow* my -400 hammer while she burst with me.I asked for the hamme rback a couple days later.She said ohhh i was hacked and they got the hammer.yet not once did she contact me to say anything about it.i dont believe she was hacked.
I asked her several times on how she will pay me back with a repliy of ohh i dont have the gold but there is a -600 for 2.8 mil..
i wont be trusting too many people after this.
