Sorry for your loss.. At least you only lost your hammers.. i lost my accounts one time. Good thing i recovered them with help and got my characters back.. too bad all the IM stuff and pets are gone.. Back to topic, I'd settle for the 600T since when your a higher level, some chara's exceed even the 400 speed mark.. but it's my preference. Just a suggestion. Links to important stuff:
