I had a problem that automaticly was dropped one of my 600T and I tryed to figure out what happened. Later I wrote message to IGG and told my situation and asked to look if tonns havent traded to anybody. While I was waiting I put other 600T on alt and went to burst further(luckly I had 4x600T). Anyways. I got email that they replied.
Thats how that looks like in picture.
I got freaked out when I logged back on game... And second 600 T was gone! This time I did not use my account... And nobody did. I changed pasword just in case. Who can tell what to do and is it actually possiable that right after responding on my message it was gone?
How I can avoid from situations like this? Do IGG employers have rights to do this?

It's probably a glitch and IGG might not be at fault.

However.. If you're using a certain program *winks* you can accidentally drop it but if you're not using any third party programs and using the alogin I'm not quite sure what happened to the 600Ts.. Are they on pets? Are they on other alts? Did the server disconnect you while switching accessories?

I would contact them again and try explaining clearly what happened, including the second time.

When characters get stuck online normally they'll pop off after an hour at most, if they get stuck for longer than that you should contact them. Just because they get stuck online doesn't mean they're hacked

You did the right thing by changing your passwords and I hope this gets solved

1: All my accounts except totally different one were offline... My only account who was online for 36 hours till maintence trained fred near Cairo. That acc what talk is going, was offline. After IGG letter I got back and went online. There was no tonns...
I checked all my alts all pets all storages. Not at single place

I did not dropp. Before log off checked... It was offline all the time.
I did not sell my stufs foe long. If hacked i had no stuffs at all.

Nobody knows the freaking pw...

Any luck?

Pfff... Now I have lost 3x 600 tonns... And they did not answer on any of my given questions. Their answer: We have fixed the problem. .... +stupid nonsence... Anyways ;) not going to get tonns back(not in lost item girl) ;( so life without tonms sucks... Igg suck more. They need to find new polite employee's
