But how to All Chat ?

You need a loud speaker from the item mall (but people sell and trade them as well) you equip it where you would put the radio (your accessories) and open world to use it

Again you should probably use google or the search button (has anyone on here ever made a topic about this?) and maybe look into getting a good guild so you can ask them simple questions like this

Loud Speakers are supposed to broadcast to all subservers in a server but there could be a bug. First I've heard of it though.

But if they're on your server (A1) you'll see their head and most times I didn't see anyones head, so.
