You can get +20 diamond from a quest in Maya, then put it to armor, and then trade it back to yourself.

With the quest, you can get only one right ?

Yes but you can make multiple alts and do the quest

Also you can get +24 spars from (big) magical eggs, so from 15 rounds, national treasure and a couple instances

if you are on taurus, few years back some hacker literally dropped stacks and stacks of sea diamonds on sb(i wasn't there for that cus i quit. I was surprised when someone sold me a sea diamond for 3m when i first came back to the game). so thats why people have loads. but i think thats just taurus.

I've heard the same thing from my friends.
I still shock when I had seen thousands of good diamond that one character has.
It's terrible.
