no south pole is a bad choice for lvl 43 to train , im now lvl 45 and also having same problem with a training ground, even though there are some good monsters in snow island, i dont like that place because i cant record there

osyla(also cant record) is near, and there are some good spots in cave, but still not good for lvl 43 to afk

im also kinda still thinking about a good place for lvl 40-50 ask training

i may wanna try sit afk in golden temple of japan

if elins gun spawns the same way as niss's staff, you should be able to just bank the one you have, get a new one, bank it, etc.... until your comfortable... but i'm not sure, since i don't have her gun yet, i'm going to try and get it today :)

The easiest way to get a large number of Elin's gun is to take it off of her and store it in the storeroom in the tent (this saves a trip to the item bank), but this trick does work.

As for leveling places, I recommend staying at cirrus until about 42-45, then going to Osyla and sitting outside for raptors (not the raptor cave), since you only fight 2, so less chance to die/less food to eat. At about 50 you can sit inside the cave at earth raptors (least amount of damage/group), and at about 55-60 (if you added CON to a good amount and have a riding pet) you should be fine to walk the raptor cave. I was able too, anyway, but I boosted CON more than most people do.

NOTE: the levels are for solo leveling, they are likely lower for groups

You can also train at the west beach in Oslya with Jellyfishes and Seaflowers. Those mobs are still low level, so good enough for lvl 40+ players. The Drowcrushers (T-rex) won't show up, as long as you are not walking. So sitting training is the best thing.

And the Stoowa Isle has crabs lv 58-59 and also very good for lv 40+ players.

It is easy to calculate to be sure that your equipments won't break. Your or your pet's level + 20 = a minimal level mob that can break your equipments. For example:
Your Elin is level 41 and the mob is level 60. 41+20 = 61, so mob level 60 is ok. But if the mob is level 61, then that is not ok. Your Elins equipments can break. It means you can better train with mobs that is lower than level 61.

The training paradise place for players 32+ is Korea's caves. Fighting with high level worms and beetles. They gave also great drops, especially different clays.

Goddess training is also an option. You can check in: http://wlodb.com/topics/169
