Is there a way to run WL with any emulator? Or is it working properly on tablets running Windows 8?

WLO doesn't work on either android or tablets. It only works on PC.
There is a way to access wlo from your tablet to your pc. There's this program called teamviewer that allows you to access your pc from anything as long as it has the program.

Leo Server:
Main Team: Killerkev, iluvkev, ChibiKev, KevyKev. (All rb at lvl 199)
Burst Teams: KeyCey, KeyCay, KayCey, KayCay. (All rb at lvl 180)
Others: ilovekev, xKev. (Non-rb)

But the free version of Teamviewer only allows connection for 15 minutes.

If you use teamviewer, it's not a progam.
It's just a emulator, or somethings like that. :)

And not stable :))
