I went looking for a team with my water then they excepted me so when we started it took me awhile like 3 secs to click F1 and use shrink but the person i was bursting with has 3 chars and he chose the skills so fast (after that i asked him how but he said i was a fast at using my Pc)

So how do i be that fast like him? do i have to be good at using my PC?

Or... He's using a remote which is legal in game. Though cheating is frowned upon (*glares at fockerc*) if you reported every person that did so you would reporting over hundreds of people. Not many believe in spending money on a game when their publishers, quite frankly, don't give a s**t.

And cheaters don't get anything more out of this game except the easy way.. Which ruins the experience of a game that makes you work for it

That being said, in a more populated and well maintained game you absolutely should report cheating players

Notice I've said he is a cheating player and not a hacker? Because that's what he is. Please google the definition of hacker

To answer your question and stop annoying everyone reading this: It takes more than three seconds for manualing one character alone. You can't possibly be that fast no matter how good or bad at your pc
