Hi guy.
I really don't understand that
how the level of skill "Collecting" , "Mining" , "Cutting" or even "Fishing" can affect our collecting things.
The level affects the speed of collecting (decrease delay time after each time we collect), or it affects the rarity ?
For example, with higher level of "Mining", can we collect more "Black Jade" than other jades ? (Black jade is rarer than others).

Please explain me. Thanks a lot :D
