I was training her at the moment and was wondering if her stats were good or not as I do not know what stats I should raise or not. I have a few PL I could use.

You could get rid of the int and wis and put it on str.

The wis and int are the original stats so I couldn't lower it if I tried.

just focus everything on str only.
scroll some agi into str as well and spare some scroll incase she adds some points into int and wis.
She naturally build con as she level so you dont have to worry about her low hp when she rbs.
And she'll have enough sp to do her skills as she levels.
so try to get a 400+sp armlet on her if you can when bursting.
When her str is more than her con, she will start adding more into str instead.
Try to make it a Str>Con>Agi priority, although i dont see the point into adding agi so maybe a splash of wis but not too much.

Make sure str is higher than con. Con will always gain some, cuz she is con-type.

Victoria is a great damage and support unit - ... Damage dealer...
Fiery attack is ok but of course HF is like 10x better. From what I see, your victoria can either be a meatshield item support unit that provides the team with things like sp restore or hp items. Since the Con is higher than Str I think its more likely to be a meatshield.

Of course you can still scroll some other stats into str to make it the damage dealer since I can see you going for that too, but I don't recommend scrolling Con for str since its still useful. Also, Vampire is right, you should put some points into wis so you can use skills more often before having to restore.
