Yes, yes it does.
Once u rb, it gives u a cape that increases ur stats on whatever job u choose and it also gives u 3 additional points to add into ur stats

Leo Server:
Main Team: Killerkev, iluvkev, ChibiKev, KevyKev. (All rb at lvl 199)
Burst Teams: KeyCey, KeyCay, KayCey, KayCay. (All rb at lvl 180)
Others: ilovekev, xKev. (Non-rb)

Also your stats increase depending on what job you get.

Like if you become a killer your base atk goes up by 10%

If You are a warrior your defense goes up by 10%

etc.
