In my opinion , you should remove some of kanako's wis to her con/str . Well , pets are likely to add a lot of wis ( I don't know why ) and don't worry that she'll not have enough sp to perform recovery skill because she'll have way too much sp once you rb her :) . For Sam , I think he's good enough , if you insist on using scrolls on him , remove some of his int to con . For xaolan , she'll need con . If you want your xaolan to be an attacker , remove the agi to con . If you want her to be a stone waller , remove int to con . :)

I agree with Enie about xaolan, I'd probably lower Sam's agi (and int if you wish) and add it to str or something so he doesn't accidentally add wis, so his build would be str>con>agi
