By hackers, do you means scammers? Scammers are just people who get your info by just asking you, and if you for some reason actually believe them, will take your account. Hackers, I don't really know. I've never ran into a hacker in WLO so I don't know how they do it. If it's one of those password decoders, then all you have to do is make a better password. I think there are also a few viruses that will find out your password if you type it into WLO. All I can recommend for that is be careful with what you download. 1. READ THE RULES
2. You are not allowed to post names and claim they're scammers/hackers/cheaters/what have you unless photo/video proof. 3. There is such a thing called the edit button, please try to avoid double or triple posting, merging your posts now 4. Never ever give your account info out unless you know the person in real life and can punch them in the face (not really, but it is extremely punch worthy!) if they delete your account 5. I know DK already said this- but hacking is when you do not give someone your password or even account name and they still get into your account. Scammers are when they trick you into thinking they're doing one thing and then they do another 6. Tell your friend to send a help ticket to IGG, under "Data Problem" select "Character lost" and have your friend explain everything 7. If your password is weak change it to something better, remember not to make passwords "password" "1234" or anything common and simple, most of all NEVER make your password your name. 8. Relax, nothing is going to happen unless you let it. Edit: You said the character was deleted but she's still using it to message you? That's....weird?
