I'm Lv 81(RB Fire Killer with DS), Lv 78(RB Fire Wit), Lv 70 Wind(Doing for this character, he's not RB) and Lv 99 Water(Not RB)

Your water might have trouble but the earlier quests are easy. Try it as far as you can but you might eventually need help.
