Say you have another character with IM Weapons (Opened and Wearing them) or CP Weapons (Which can't be traded) will you be able to trade TRADABLE PET with it wearing to transfer to another character of yours with the Weapons that aren't tradable?

no, the pets can't be traded if they are wearing non-tradable items.
