what food should i use to train with do i need plus 1k hp food or what...what is easy to make or should i have my water heal ...which my healing

You can make many things, for example you can put alts in Chickens farm and make food from the rice.

You only need 150-200+ foods, you'll never need 1k hp+ food for training.. That's just plain dumb.

Boiled Rice (110)
Apple Syrup (350)
etc.

If you're training in Pangos you'll get watermelons and apples, I believe, you can just compound those and make various juices and use those.

Also if you want to level up your alchemy at the same time that's a good way to do it.

In a team you'll want to either have food on everyone, or just on your water if you have a emote ready to revive.
If you do 15 rounds or anything that involves strange peaches you can also eat the food from those. :p

It's better to just use a water with e-mote to heal. Saves you money, time and food.
Get the water soul dodge and set your mote like this.

If you don't have mote then try and do your best with food. Go to chicken farm collect rice and cook it. You can also use the seeds you get to make syrup.

You can also go to beetle den find fruits and compound it to make juice

And finally you can get a rod, find a spot near a lake, ocean, almost any body of water or starters beach and fish or kill mobs near the watery areaa to get fish and cook that instead.

So try training in areas where you get food like Osyla which gives you meat, chickens give you rice, south pole gives you fish, relic island gives you fish etc..... places like that and cook the items you get.
