I've seen quite a few topics on this but the way I want to do this might help some people, and even myself. Before I start this off I just wanna mention a few things. I only recently came back on to wlo after about 8 months since my computer at the time couldn't run more than 3 screens and that made it hard to do quests and burst. Now I have a new comp (Windows 8) and now I can place 12 screens at once but it crashes almost immediately. Point is, I'm back on WLO. But just as I went back to my Taurus Server, I remember that when I left, I had over 55m gold before in my Crazybaker acc and I was rank 86 in Taurus for most gold. I come back and as soon as I do the first account I log onto is Crazybaker. I look at my money in my atm and then go outside. But the first sales stand I see in kelan, it was for books and I felt like going back to compounding. Sadly enough I thought to myself, "Hey I'm just gonna use 3.5m gold and buy a stack of Book 4's" (cuz I remember the prices being at 70k for book 4's and I thought it still was. What shocked me was not the fact that it was a higher price than I remember but the fact that it had gone up, 3000%, about 30x its original price. one book 4 in Taurus now cost over 2m gold. As soon as I saw this, I freaking closed my screen as fast as possible.

Now I know that was a long start to this whole topic but ya, thats the reason I'm starting this topic, to search for a new server, a better one. This can also help those who want to find a new server themselves so this is going to be a opinion based topic supported by facts.

I won't tell you how to describe it but I'll give some suggestions:

1) A one paragraph or more write up about your chosen server with some of your own experiences or opinions supported by a couple of facts.

2) Make a list of all the good, bad, and ok things about your server. End it with either a compliment about how good it is or just give one of your own experiences.

3) If you've been to more than 1 server and discovered things about both, do a compare and contrast between the two servers to show how the one you chose is better.

I hope many people understand what I'm talking about and I hope that this topic will help many people find the server that they want to be in. Whether it be an expensive and active one like Aries, a semi expensive and often active one like Taurus, or some other server that I've never been to but could be better, its all up to you to tell why your favorite server is the best server.

This is such a good idea, I wish I could add something to it about Scorpio but it's hard to state Scorpio's current status when I don't play anymore.

I can't wait to see how this turns out, but the only bad thing is most of the people who come(read: post) here all play in Aries, leo or Taurus.

Hey don't feel bad Vampire. The truth is, I read your character's topic and found out about you leaving your server. It got me to think about this topic so in a way, you did contribute to this topic.

Aw, well.

I'll contribute a little bit.

The best server is... Scorpio!

Why? It's where I've met my obsession of nearly 3 years, Zie.

How did I join?
I was playing another game and my friend introduced me to this game and told me to play Scorpio, but if it was up to me I would've picked Gemini.

Pros: I've met some wonderful people there, like Kojika, Zie, and many many others who still influence me even though we haven't spoke for such a long time.

Everyone knows each other and it's one big happy tight-knit family in a way.

A lot of people who used to play at the beginning still play now.

Cons: Because everyone knows each other it's hard to escape drama, so if you dislike someone many may dislike you for that reason.

However I won't start with what the best server is because I only really know Taurus and I don't believe it is the best server...

Pros:
-There are so many people and often if 2x exp isn't on they'll be sitting around doing nothing but it means they are rather willing to help you with something or with a quest to make time go buy. Also many high levels usually don't mind giving you a hand in cursed palace or 15 rounds

Cons:
-If you want help with a 'tough' quest like JS or FB they may ask you to pay with items especially IMs

-Why with items? Because gold almost means nothing on our server now. You could have 50+ million gold but you would have real difficulty buying with it. Only exception is for the lower levels and new people because they will be selling little things for money just to make it in the game

-There are many beggars. Even though you've worked hard to earn all you've got, people will always be there to ask for some gear or outfits etc. If you were to help all of them you would have nothing left for yourself
Also, most people that ask for trade want IMs only especially Strong Scrolls which makes things difficult for those who cannot get IMs

-A lot of drama... its silly and unnecessary but it happens. As long as you learn to ignore it your fine but if your like me and don't like turning local off then you gotta move away or go afk ._.

My friend had many problems in Taurus thanks to some people and as a result him and his friend moved all their characters to Virgo. I went to see and he seemed much happier. He said in Virgo everyone is so much more friendly and fun and there is no unnecessary drama occurring... so Virgo sounds nice

My sister also plays in Gemini and when she returned with a new noob characters after leaving for a few months, all her friends remembered and were so nice to her. I think they're very generous because they gave her so many clothes as well as items for her tent. Also, her friends that she gave items too all gave it back to her such as a complete gold armour set.
Money is okay in that server as far as I know from her and many people again are friendly and fun

You know DevilxAngel, that pro there is one of the only reason I still stay on Taurus. Coincidentily, I was just helped by a high level person for a JS Quest. He only charged me 3m for it, which is considered cheap now. Not only that, he didn't ask for the money until after the battling was done. I guess there still are some wonderful people out there in Taurus, *SOME*.

The other reason is that I actually spent 200$ on this game, just for Taurus alone.

@DevilxAngel, Pretty much every server is getting like that now, I know Leo is.

ill be sad to see another person leave taurus. It is getting expensive like aries. Everyone has too much gold now. The only pros i have to convince you to stay is that im a friendly compounder. if you ask me to make some bookless eqs, i wouldnt mind helping. Im an expert when it comes to bookless eqs. ^^

I usually hang around cario due to compounding all the time wheres there is free of dramas, and i met a few nice people there as well. But recently ive been busy and kinda stop playing, only to log on every friday to do 15rc. If you need any help, just ask.
Ill probably start playing regularly again when school starts around august.

Edit: i visited a friend whos from scorpio and i dont see a lot of compounders there which is probably why i see many tents sellings plenty of books i meant a whole lot of books compared to taurus and b4 are for about 100-120k(cheap compared to ours). But the sad thing is that there arent many players.

The best server is VIRGO
WHY IS THAT?
Because it's the best and people are very helpful (in the old days - they're still helpful but with $$$ - some might do for free) and I am happy cause I am in the gold ranks (lol) also met some MAKERS that made all my stuffs (payed with huge $$$ - IDC) and the Cuss Sellers are trustable (experienced of buying) and some do free JS/DS but you'd have to find who that is JL (some are not) overall it's the best for me and it fits me :3

GOODS
-Manufacturer Seller, I don't have to manufacture it myself and COULD always negotiate with the price
-Bursters they're trustable (you'd have to search in Virgo Forum who is Trustable)
-I am in Gold Ranking XD (nothing to do with it)
-Once you're RB and poke in Pango and have BK 4 you're gonna be instant millionaire with 3 books (400k ea)
-I am there XD (hahaha this is a jk)
-Guilds are amazing friends (if you get to know them)

BADS
-ITS NOT VERY QUIET but is Quiet
-Economy = Trade
-Economy Sucks = No IM low chance of survival unless you can start of with your Ore, Woods and others to sell
-Economy is a messed (OP people)
-Of some spammers (It's just sometimes)
-A Lot more but I don't know anymore

I played in A LOT of servers but didn't last my mother server is Scorpio which my character was messed to level 28 played for 6months and not productive of levels (that was 5 years ago when I know nothing about the game just my TENT and My EQs - prefer the Qi Pao XD) and moved to my current server VIRGO which 'WAS' a very great server in the past is still now (for me) but just recently I started playing Libra it's quiet I understand and less people but they're very FRIENDLY AND WELCOMING and I made friends who's going to help me thru starting again (it's very hard for me no $$$ to pay hahaha) and yeah Overall all I recommend you Virgo and Libra

3m is VERY cheap considering its Taurus... and to spend $200 on Taurus alone must suck to you :(

It's crazy hearing others complaining that the economy on their servers is becoming like Taurus... that's terrible...
I don't think anyone ever thought of the problem of- what if everyone has too much gold but now it's actually happening and the outcome of it is devastating especially to those that can't buy IM and still don't have a lot of money x.x

PROS-
You can get rich by sea animals I guess? Book 1 is like 200k and 4 is like 1-2m.
It's not dead.
There are alot of people who help with free questing.
Guilds are like families.
You can never get bored! xD
There aren't alot of scammers. (Always ask if you do not know who they are :P)

CONS -
Something tells me we are gonna get more OP then Aries soon.
There are few IM sellers.
You can hardly find burst teams when it's not 2x.
Not many people sell books those days.
People only buy book 4's.

Lol, what. People buy plenty of other books, not just Book 4.

Edit: Actually, people buy book 4 the most because they think it's worth IM these days, and want to trade 10 books for a present case and a transfer mirror, and the book4 tend to be the most expensive. But compounders still need/buy book1 and 2, I know I do when I see people selling them, unless they ask for 600k.

ermm libra is the main server i play on, but it isnt really the best :/ oh well... ill try:

-Increadibly Cheap
-Very friendly ppl
-unless ur into pk, ppl will never judge u by their lvl!
-Very welcome to all communities/guilds.like most ppl, we tend to talk about cookies and fabulous things a lot :P

CONS-

-some scammers ( i think most servers have this problem these days...? )
-not all ppl r friendly, so u have to just know who to avoid i guess ^^
-eu server so not all ppl speak perfect english, and we have a variety of timezones :/
-not many ppl there, but just enough to keep it active
