Anyone know any ways to level up primary/junior/superior alchemy fast?
Trying to find a fast, easy and efficient way to level them up, just to try to get some better compounding results. Like, I just want to know the materials that would be needed to level them up faster, and maybe the steps?
I'm sort of new to all this compounding stuff since I been making syrups for the past 3 years I been playing so...yup

I only know of two ways:

i)Compound Small Wooden Gears:
-1 Lauan=2 Lauan wood=6 Small Wooden Gears.
-Compound 1 Small Wooden Gear+ 1 Small Wooden Gear.
-You can compound the items that you get with Small Wooden Gears as well.
-Repeat the compounding process.

ii) The Seed Method:
-Collect Seeds (Apple/Cantaloupe/Pineapple/Grape) from the Chicken Farm near Welling Village. You do no need stacks of them. Just 2-3 will be enough.
-Compound Seed+ Organic Muck OR Small Wooden Gear*. You'll definitely get back a Seed. This is why I said that you do no so many Seeds to begin with.
-Repeat the compounding process.

I hope I'm able to help you out. Welcome to the world of alchemy~.

*My guess (haven't personally tested it yet) is that you can substitute the Organic Muck with any rank 1 item (Clay, Common Grass, etc.)

Don't forget you can compound copper ore + copper ore. You can get materials and armor and recompound it.

And yeah you can compound a seed with any rank 1 item. Kojika has said countless of times you can just use junk and compound that.

I might be wrong but I think you get +1 skill exp from making a seed, and +2 from making a piece of armor.

Can anyone confirm this?

It'd be better if you just killed rock monsters and got them for free.

Ahh thanks for the info. For the last question, I'm not too sure myself, but isn't the proficiency increase based on how many successful (i. e. compounds leads to a rank jump of the final result)? That's the reason why people suggests the seed method, small wooden gear method and the ore method, since these compounds always lead to a rank increase of the final item that is obtained.

That's really helpful. My main character has lvl 7 Junior Alchemy. Finding it difficult to lvl it. Will these ways work for it? ^-^
