hello so as u may have guessed im an earth wis looking for a pet. If possible, i would like to have help in getting it, but ideas are still always welcome :) I have kanako on one of my chars,and i dont want to have the same.

I have Shizune but she for some reason chose to build int x.x and by bro has Sam, so again i wouldnt really like to repeat pets ;)

Should It be burstable?
Should it be Fire? (beats wind, which beats earth)
Should it be magical?
Should it deal a lot of damage or support?
Should it have a easy rebirth quest?

The last question im not sure if i ever will get to that part, cuz my level is only in the 30's.....

well i could recommend you Victoria, she's a good pet for killing off certain monsters but her death quest and getting her will be complicated as well. if you want to go with a lesser complicated quest pet then

Any of these pets would be good for you:

Kanako doesn't mess up too much on builds, she is a str pet. i have her under a water knight but she's quite hard to train as well, getting her isn't too complicated but her death quest is hard

Elin is good at tanking, not too sure about her death quest though. She's a good pet for all elements/types ^^

Hayate is a good STR pet for Earth's I have a Earth that has her rb :). I'm not too sure about her death quest but if you want to obtain her you'll need to have at least more than level 100+ or rbs

Angela doesn't have a rb, she needs a lot of pet lethes cause she tends to build up wis and since you build up wis that could go along with you as well :) if you prefer

Xaolan could be good as well if you don't mind bursting or training her to a certain level. Her death quest isn't really that hard...

I suppose you know more than me already so I didn't have too say any information -- good luck with finding a good pet and I hope this will help you in a way, I think :)

How hard is it (on a scale of 1 to 10 xD) to get the FULL elin? (gun etc. included.)

other than that i was thinking about charlotte/eva... whats your opinion on those?

Elin is easy enough to get. It's all about level requirements;

Player needs to be 20 to get her.. or was it 25... lets say 25 to be safe. As well as a rope ladder.

Then you need to be lvl 30 to get her gun. (have a lvl 60 + team)

And then Elin herself needs to be 40 to get her chip. (have a lvl 80+ team)

Her death is not that particularly hard... I would say about medium (scale 1 being easy and 10 being hard.. about a 7-8ish because of debuff skills) but it all depends on the team (recommend a rebirth team)... only "hard" thing I would say about it is that you need 6 black bombs and a submarine to get under water.

As per Charlotte and Eva. Charlotte is hardly used as a pet cause of her low attack plus you can't equip her with all human gear or brooch since she's seen as an animal pet. So her attack will stay weak unless you have money to invest in her. She grows in wis and agi. Her hp SUCKS so best to have an earth stone wall if you want to properly lvl her. (she can busrt but you get at most 5k exp doing it)

Eva is good but same as charlotte you should try and scroll her at 20 if you want her to have decent HP or do good damage because she grows in wis and speed also same with Angela. All 3 seem to like WIS and AGI then INT

You would need a lvl 100+ team to help with Victoria. Would be nice to have 1 or 2 rebirth help you if you have that option. Getting her is a little tough. But her death quest is super easy.

Eva is good sometimes and other types but Charlotte isn't used too much like Kojika said. people usually use Charlotte for rides cause of her attractive appearance ^^ Since there has already been a reply here i don't think i should say anything.. good luck :)

Yes, You need Charlotte to get Eva and Angela because they are a 3 part quest for the 3 Sacred weapon. They also need each other when doing their death quests as well so the 3 comes in a set.

In the room before the boss fight for Charlotte there is a green key you need to take to open the room to get to Eva.

Well, bursting s pretty much the onlt thing i've found from google -.-I haven't got a e-rem and its hard to get her to 0 spd, but maybe a manual self-burst every so often will work

Victoria doesn't need to get to 0 speed. She is like a water only using buffs and need over 60 speed. Better to be over 100 speed in order to properly burst and move before the attackers without ruining their combo. She is not an attacker so she doesn't need 0 speed.

There are ways to lvl without burst. Bursting hasn't been round since version 3 so before that people had to lvl as well and there were people in Aries who were lvl 140+ by the time bursting came out. So don't just rely on bursting. Even after you burst and rebirth you need to go back to lvling the long way since you cannot burst after 180 or after rebirth.

lvl 1 go to ore cave
lvl 8 go to chickens
lvl 12 go to beetles
lvl 18 go to cirrus
lvl 43 go to raptors
etc etc etc... just learn to use search. Lots of people have written guides on how to advance and where to go next to get higher lvls.

even just acting like a water and doing debuff training is fine; example have the fastest person use a debuff skill then the rest of the team attacks. for example have water use freeze then and everyone attack. or have earth use treebine and everyone attack. or if its a bet like shasha use have her speed faster than the team then have her use freeze everyone attacks. I think it should work the same way for Victoria. have her use Fiery attack on the player who is her companion and then have them as well as the rest of the team attack. just set mote like that. everyone pokes. the de buffer has the skill set to priority or round one "use skill on so and so" and rinse repeat.

btw some1 from the other forums said that hawaii is good too but the question is: Will i survive there? i mean,i will cuz im wis and con, but my attack isnt that high XD btw are the scorpions from hawaii bow-resistant?

You should be able to survive fine there. The question is "How are you going to get there?"

Either way the mobs there are;
First floor; Beetles Lvl 23+
Second Floor; Scorpions lvl 50+
Third Floor; Snakes Lvl 67+

The good thing about it is the higher you go the higher the mobs are so you can stay there and train for a bit then move up to the next floor when you get to the right lvl.

I don't think the scorpions are resistant to bows. =.= worth trying I think they are the same as all Mobs. But don't take my word for it I've never use bows there before when testing training. Most bows use STR. Higher the STR less chance you have to miss. That's why you don't see mages using Volley/Arrow Rain skill. But when training its good for mages since their poke is weak and Bows do not break like Guns do. (guns break after all the ammo is used up)
