Maybe you should come back to that quest when you are higher level and can beat them yourself? It'll be there forever if you really need to do it..

that quest is for The submarine design + 15% capsule.

:\ but yea i agree with vamp that you should wait to try and get it. even if you manage to get the design you still need all these mats to build it. makes no diffrence now or later if you get the design now and build it or build it and get the design to assemble it. even capsules aswell. are best used after a certian lvl, and by then you should be high enough to get it yourself... if you are lucky enough to get a team to help you then good luck. but those are one of those quest thats worth waiting for.

BTW after reaching lvl 50+ where or what place is the best to lvl up in?? aside from north and south island??
