Okay so here's Shasha! :D
Conditions: None
Team: 50+ (One water with revive is recommended) Earth with nice attack is great for this quest but just the usual 2-3 fires and 1 water is fine.
Okay so lets get started :D!
First, you want to get the the Mayan Islands. I used underground passage, because I have a high team its easiest to travel for me. If not you can use boat.
This is the Mayan Islands(For the Underground Passage:

Okay so go to the village and go to Shasha's house (Go down when u enter the village)
Here's the outside of her house:
Talk to her inside and then go out to the well(You must step forward to the well not a teamate, or whoever is getting Shasha must step up to the well in order to activate the quest.
Go down and go here: Press down on that thing and the door will open
Go to the question mark. Fight the ET (12k hp water, with pretty high damage) and then go get Shasha back at her house ^^

Shasha can burst/gst. The skills I use is freeze,freeze,freeze, And if low spd then attack, but if high spd just freeze again ^.^
