hmm u must be lvl 20+ minimum and need 10k to make guild, is u have 10k go talk to the server woman in the tower of welling village

i would say... wait with making a guild till ur lvl 50 or something like that

i agree with dotnet and Stopper....
joining a guild and gaining Experience about how to run one is the best way to do so :D
Do that and u'll have a strong guild :)
