No it's not tradable.

What other way is there to buy points accept online? If you dont have a bank account or credit card you can buy prepaid visa cards with real money and use that. You'll have to go through google check out.

There are many options for you to pay. BTW the prepaid visa cards that i've seen are $25, $50, and $100. Take your pick. I bought mine from 7/11 because I dont wanna use my bank's visa card or credit for that matter.
