Sorry if this is a silly question but im rly not sure..
Is it possible to lvl up ur arrow rain at lvl 190? t.t Like does any1 know any places i could try ... its only lvl 5 and i wana get it higher..
any ideas? :{

i dunno a place with high lv like this...i guess the best place to train it is on instance...even though it might be a bad choice -.-

the highest that you can try and see if it will level up is at sharks at relic or at TI - it might level up but you can try if it does, will takes a long time since you are a lot higher than the noobs. i hope it will level up. gud luck .

i suggest u train arrow rain at sharks after u rb, it will lvlup faster. if ur not planning to rb ever or u wana train it fast, try nessie at training island.

Training island mobs only go up to 150 sharks at sea lord warehouse go up to 151.

But then again I 1st got arrow rain back in version 2 and got spwned on the way to quest area by snakes xD.

My advice get arrow rain bloodsuck etc and MAX all attacking skills before bursting

at that level it will take forever to lvl

better wait till after rb

u know..u can do it also at quests..like 15r in last round,or some others with bosses with lv around 180, and u can fight them again using ur alts...or cursed palace..sometimes i do that...my water is lv 189

but best thing...rb and directly go to sharks XD

you dont get skill points at 15r

:\ its not skill points but yes you can lvl up a skill on monsters from events like 15r or questing assit skills too.
i've done it on accident a few times druing a fight it'd pop up fire combo ups lvl 4 or unstun ups lvl 6. so i'd not be surprised if it was to say arrow rain ups lvl 2. the proficeny you get goes rather slow though but it still does lvl.

lol I call them skill points, and I dont know how you have gotten them on 15r, because I tried leveling up Magellan's rb skill there and it didnt work.

no xp fights = no skill points

anyway, skill gets more points if you finish off an enemy, specially if it has a higher lvl than you do, so there's a choice: fight Maha, finish him off with Arrow Rain.

well i dunno its random but thats how it seems to be.

and the maha idea that can always work. prolly should do it at ant instance or quest to have more chnace to lvl. or wait till after so can get it down in half an hour than a month questing XD

XD u can just offer free help for rb and level up ur skills :P
