What exactly is the meaning of help? Free gold? Quest help? Help getting materials? Help making equipement? Help in training? Burst? Or all of the above? LoL.

I always try to do things myself first. Then if I can't do it, train and level to achieve the goal. Also, developing friendships inside your guild with people, so that they can back you up when you require assistance helps a lot too.
